Community groups form a vital part of being connected to our church – this is where we regularly share and experience life together. These groups are a means of pursuing spiritual growth and healthy relationships together.
What to Expect
A Community Group is a smaller number of people meeting in/around the city in various locations. After a time of fellowship and prayer, we typically discuss how to apply a passage of Scripture to our daily lives. Then we break into gender-specific groups to further encourage and pray for one another.
You can participate at whatever level you feel comfortable, and will not be required to speak, read or pray. There is self-paced vulnerability, so if you want to just sit and observe, that’s fine.
When & Where
Groups meet on Sunday afternoons and select evenings throughout the week. The first week of the month, all groups prioritize the Sunday evening prayer gathering as the CG meeting for that week–no official CGs during the week. All other weeks, CGs meet as scheduled.
You’re invited to visit any group that fits your schedule. Check out the details and map below for specifics, including leader contact information.
Please note, under normal circumstances, we ask that everyone attending a Community Group regularly attend our Sunday gatherings.
